HR Leadership Forum (HRLF) is an organization comprised of Greater Washington DC metropolitan area senior HR professionals, learning organization executives and organizational leaders responsible for managing human talent. As organizational thought leaders and decision makers, they are influential in and share responsibility for the strategic human resource decisions made around "the executive table" whether that table resides in a corporate, not-for-profit, government or academic setting. HRLF is the Mid-Atlantic affiliate of the Human Resource Planning Society .

HRLF Learning Series for US Government Human Capital Leaders - Effective October 1, 2009, the HR Leadership Forum, Washington’s premiere organization of people strategy leaders, is pleased to be offering a series of eight learning sessions in a one year pilot program for US Government Agency Human Capital leaders. HRLF presents leading edgestrategic topics and speakers for forward-looking human capital professionals. These sessions focus on human capital management and organizational and leadership development.
