The Employee Engagement Landscape—Championing Greatness or Capturing Mediocrity?

With Nik Shah, PwC

Session Description:

What does your data tell you about employee engagement? The Global Employee Engagement Landscape is changing, and it is impacting business outcomes. The presentation will discuss findings from a global study conducted by PwC to explore where employers—and employees—stand today in the ongoing talent challenge. The study is a representative sample (over 7,400 respondents) of full-time employees across industries and global regions to gain insight regarding issues and trends organizations are facing in their efforts to attract, retain, and engaged employees.

Objectives of this session include the following:

  • Understand engagement profiles and how different levels of engagement can affect organization performance
  • Know the most common drivers of engagement and some ways to increase performance on those drivers
  • Be aware of common obstacles that can impede the impact of engagement on business performance
  • Apply best practices learned from high performing organizations to help build or maintain their own engagement efforts
