Talent Acquisition & Innovation

Attendees at the HR Leadership Forum’s April 1st meeting were treated to an hour and a half, with Tracy Ferry, the Lead in Talent Acquisition and Innovation at Deloitte.  Tracy provided detailed information on the innovative strategies that Deloitte is using to attract Passive and Active candidates into their talent pool.  New sourcing ideas such as Talent Communities, Passive Mobile Apps and providing a “Red Carpet” treatment to referral candidates gave our members strategic tools to use in the recruitment process.  Tracy also shared ROI statistics on what has worked and not worked for Deloitte and how they have built a recruiting culture to grow their organization. 


Tracy gave us some important take a-ways when creating a sourcing program: 

1.    Decide what is best for your organization

2.    Foster Innovation

3.    Be the Advisor

4.    Let your organization know what you are doing


This was an active program with great participation from our members as we were provided with innovative ideas to successfully navigate the War on Talent!
