HR Leadership Forum monthly programs are the heart of HRLF. They present the best strategic topics and speakers for the forward-looking professional in the areas of human resource management and organizational and leadership development. We present one topic per month from October to May, as well as additional social gatherings in September and June. Please review the upcoming topics below and our past presentations in the archive files to the right. We look forward to seeing you at a program soon.
Each program will be held from 8:15 to 11:00 am. Our 2011-12 programs will be held at the NRECA Conference Center in Arlington VA. The Fall social will be held at the HRPS Fall Forum on October 24, 2011 from 6:00 - 7:30pm at the Westin Gateway in Arlington, VA. The Spring social will likely be held at George Washington University in June. Our schedule for each program is:
8:15-9:00 am - registration, networking, continental breakfast
9:00-10:30 am - program
10:30-11:00 am - informal networking and discussion with presenter(s)
For HRLF members, the cost for each program is included in the annual membership fee. The cost for non-members is $75 for each program. If you're not a member, check out the benefits of HRLF membership today. We'd love to have you join us.
To register, send an e-mail message with your name, title and organization. Your registration will be confirmed by return e-mail.
In case of inclement weather, we will post a notice about the program status on the home page of this Web site, as well as on the
HRLF telephone (703-352-8590) by 7:00am the morning of the program.
IMPORTANT scheduling change for December 9th HRLF program
Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict with our hosting venue and in consideration of holiday vacations during the latter part of December, we are REPLACING our December program with a program on June 8, 2012. Please forward this announcement to anyone in your network who may have planned to attend the December event.

POLICY REGARDING SPEAKER SOLICITATION
Speakers that support HRLF by giving a monthly program presentation are only permitted to contact members and/or member guests if he/she has met someone at the program, was referred by someone who was at the program or was provided a business card for the purpose of adding to a newsletter distribution list. Unsolicited mass mailings are prohibited.
