2010-2011 HRLF Sponsorship Program

Gold Sponsor Category ($3,500 for 12 months)

  • May greet attendees at entrance to meeting room wearing badge / ribbon at each meeting.
  • Company logo on display on meeting room screen prior to each meeting.
  • President expresses appreciation in opening remarks, referring to sponsor representative.
  • Program Committee member introduces Sponsor representative during the program at four meetings (Sponsor choice); representative is given 2 minutes to explain services, if the representative desires to do so.
  • Sponsor’s table with promotional materials in refreshment area at four meetings (Sponsor choice).
  • Identification of sponsor on HRLF communications during program year, including:

- Home page banner / link to sponsor’s site;
- Meeting announcements;
- Three complimentary memberships @ $400 value, two of which may be conferred to select clients or allied organizations.

Silver Sponsor Category ($1,500 for 12 months)

  • Company logo on display on meeting room screen prior to every meeting.
  • President expressing appreciation in opening remarks referring to the promotional material and sponsor representative at one meeting (Sponsor choice).
  • Program Committee member introduces Sponsor representative during the program at one meeting (Sponsor choice); representative is given 2 minutes to explain service, if the representative desires to do so.
  • Sponsor’s table with promotional materials in refreshment area at one meeting (Sponsor choice).
  • Identification of sponsor during program year, including:

- Home page name with link to sponsor’s site;
- Meeting announcement for one meeting of sponsor’s choice.
- One complimentary annual membership @ $400 value.
- Up to two guests free of charge at sponsoring meeting.

Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors are urged to stay within the 2 minutes communication time provided during meetings.

Sponsors will provide HRLF with logo, and arrange for and remove exhibition materials.

Sponsors will not actively solicit members during or around meetings. “Direct active solicitation” covers activities such as sales, appointment requests, handing out materials. The prohibition does not apply when a professional relationship already exists between parties, nor is it inappropriate to respond to inquiries or requests from a member.

Sponsors are restricted from appearing as program speaker or panelist in their first sponsorship year.
