Brian is a Partner in Lockton’s Washington, D.C., office. His primary responsibilities include: • Leading health and welfare strategic planning for clients. • Coordinating Lockton resources for clients – retirement, compensation, HR technology, property & casualty. • Ensuring client satisfaction and progress toward objectives. • Advising clients on emerging trends and best practices in the marketplace. • Developing carrier/vendor market relationships.
With 30+ years of benefits experience, Brian has broad expertise in a wide range of employee benefits issues, including strategy development, financial/funding analysis and cost management, complex plan mergers/ integrations, international benefits, employee engagement, consumerism and wellness strategies, private exchanges, plan design, communications, pharmacy analysis, benefits outsourcing and technology, work/life programs, and health care performance.
Brian works primarily with middle-market and large clients (200 to 25,000 employees) in government contracting, technology, pharmaceutical, government, nonprofit, satellite, life sciences, legal services, financial, manufacturing, and other businesses.
