Howard Young

Sr. Director, People Services & Counsel - Millennium Corporation

Howard D. Young is a noteworthy leader in Administration and Human Resource Programing. He can be credited with spearheading compliance, equity, ethics, and integrity functions within well-known entities such as: the Graham Holdings Company, Unity Health Care, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and Social Security Administration (SSA).

Currently, Howard is an executive at the Millennium Corporation as the Sr. Director, People Services where he leads a diverse team of HR leaders, recruiters, generalists, and specialists. He directs a full-service operation to support a geographically dispersed, 400- member company.

Aside from being admitted to both the state and federal bars in DC and Maryland after obtaining a Juris Doctorate from The University of Baltimore School of Law, Howard also holds a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University in Strategic Human Resources and Organization Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Administration of Justice from Rutgers University. He received the prestigious designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), In-House Counsel Certified (ICC), and is Certified in Diversity & Inclusion through Cornell University. Howard currently serves on the Board of Directors for MVLE, Inc.

He is a New Jersey native and currently resides in Maryland. Howard carries the continuous goal of championing global transformation and DEI through influential, solution-focused leadership and programs.
