Program Description:

As a young med school student at the University of Rochester, Marleece Barber expected to learn how to diagnose and treat patients. Some 20 years later, she shares how she inevitably learned some of the most significant lessons on management and leadership during that period. From managing people, careers, strategy, and risks, her stories offer an alternative reference for improvement in these leadership capabilities.

Join us for a check up on your own self-development. During this engaging session, we will explore concrete ways that HR professionals can take the pulse of their own careers and ensure that all of us are better on track to achieve our goals.
