Join this executive roundtable to discuss upcoming changes in the area of American with Disabilities Act and the impact on employers. Meredith C. Bailey, ADA legal expert with Seyfarth Shaw LLP will provide an update while paying particular attention to those employers with government contracts. 

Donna Lawrence, Senior Vice President at Marsh,  Inc., will share her experiences with ADA from the employer risk and liability perspective. Donna will share a case to outline the do's and dont's of how you should handle ADA  claims.
