Program:

To Payroll and Beyond: Changes in the Legal Landscape and Their Impacts on the Non-Profit Employer

Session Description

Being a non-profit employer in the DC Metro area is tricky enough as it is, but with significant pending changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) now only a few months away, an eight-member Supreme Court, and a Presidential election coming in November, knowledge and prior planning are at a premium. Come join us for an interactive discussion of recent, pending, and potential legal and regulatory impacts on the employment law landscape with special emphasis on the needs and challenges facing non-profits.
