We are excited to bring you a panel of experts to share their insights on People Analytics. The discussion will be moderated by Freddi Donner. 

The goal of this panel discussion is to: 

  • Empower you to have an informed discussion with your boss/the CEO about how people analytics can improve your business
  • Equip you with a working knowledge about what HR topics should be a focus for People Analytics
  • Provide a basic understanding of how People Analytics measures what your people 'cost'  your most important people challenges

Freddi Donner

Freddi Donner is a certified and seasoned executive engagement coach specializing in team and leadership development based on the power of clear communication and interpersonal skills. Freddi founded Business Stamina in 2004 after more than two decades as a corporate marketing executive and successful entrepreneur. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation and is an Authorized Facilitator of Team Coaching International.

A specialist on team engagement, leadership skills, communication styles, and stress management, Freddi provides team and individual coaching for public and private companies, government agencies, and associations. Most of her clients are technical experts who want to increase their effectiveness in leadership and interdependent teams. 

Freddi is a board member of HRLF and is Past President of the International Coach Federation DC Metro Chapter. 

About the Panel: 


Kevin Moore 
Director Workforce Analytics
AON

Kevin is a Director in the People Analytics Consulting group at Aon where he currently leads projects related to People Analytics Product Development, Data Governance, Dashboards, and System Integration. Kevin previously served in several in-house leadership positions as the Director of Human Capital Analytics at Fannie Mae and Head of People Analytics at Gannett/USA Today. Prior to these in-house roles, Kevin served as a Manager and individual contributor within Consulting firms such as Accenture, PwC, and Bearingpoint. Kevin holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and is Certified in Organizational Development and Strategic Workforce Planning. 

Kevin regularly speaks at HR Industry Conferences. In addition, Kevin was recognized as a top Global HR Analytics Influencers for 2018 and Top HR Analytics Industry Expert for 2017.

Dr. Kenneth P. Yusko

Dr. Kenneth P. Yusko is an expert in the design of personnel selection, development, and performance management systems and has helped Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and government agencies, as well as professional sports teams and leagues to be more effective. Ken’s current clients include the NFL, the Sacramento Kings, Merck, Morgan Stanley, Lutron, and the Motion Picture Association of America. His research focuses primarily on improving the diversity outcomes, as well as accuracy, of employment testing systems. An example of his current work is the development and validation of league-wide psychological player assessments used by teams to improve their success rate in the NFL draft. Ken regularly publishes in scholarly journals and books and he and his team were recently awarded the M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research from the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology, as well as multiple International Personnel Assessment Council’s Innovations Awards for their work in developing and implementing the Siena Reasoning Test (SRT), a cognitive ability test that enhances both the diversity and quality of new hires.


Mike West

Mike West is a founding member of the first People Analytics teams at Merck, PetSmart, Google, Children's Health (Dallas), Jawbone, and Pure Storage. Mike can currently be found writing the People Analytics for Dummies Book for Wiley, designing tools for data workflow, analysis, modeling & decision support for Headcount and Compensation Planning, and I spends his free time in the triangle of Austin (TX), San Francisco (CA) and Springfield (MO).

Joe Eulberg is an award winning human resource executive, with over 30 years experience as a Chief Human Resource Officer/senior human resource executive in organizations such as Bob Evans Farms, 7-Eleven and Motel 6. He has been recognized as a transformational leader and change agent. He has been a key member of teams conducting organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions, people analytics and other strategic initiatives.He has led  human resources functions in organizations as large as 70,000+ employees. He currently serves as a faculty member for the School of Business and Technology at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia

Joe’s educational background includes a B.S. (Psychology) and M.S. (Industrial Psychology) from Texas A&M and a Ph.D. (Organizational Behavior) from the University of Texas – Dallas.
