In a matter of weeks, COVID-19 has upended our lives.

Just three months ago, we were grappling with how organizations could drive growth and attract talent in the context of a full-employment market and booming economy. Now most of us are focused on the safety of our families, friends and colleagues, the security of our jobs, and the very survival of our organizations.

We have been forced to dramatically change the way we live and work while gaining perspective on what matters to us the most. Some of us are caring for those who have fallen ill. Millions have lost their jobs.

As attention starts to shift from the immediate crisis to re-opening the country, few of us have had the opportunity to step back and sketch what a healthy emergence from this crisis looks like or how we re-integrate.

We have all likely drawn the conclusion that things are not simply going to return to ‘normal’. While some sit back and wait for things to blow over, those that move with agility – both as individuals and organizations - are more likely to come out of this stronger and equipped to thrive tomorrow.

Now is a critical leadership moment for HR leaders. Join us for an engaging and practical session where we will construct a playbook designed to help you and your organization:

  • Recover - Lean in and lead yourself and others through the crisis
  • Re-invent – Scenario planning, fostering a climate of agility and innovation
  • Re-humanize – Rebuild trust and connection and future-proof your workforce
