Leadership teams regularly fail to live up to their considerable potential, more often engaged in conflict or wheel-spinning than providing the focused leadership needed by an enterprise.  But it doesn't have to be that way. Drawing on a multiyear study of 120 leadership teams from around the world, this workshop identifies the core challenges to the design of leadership teams and the six essential conditions that enable teams of leaders to engage in real collaborative of leadership that results in better alignment and a more successful enterprise.  You will hear about examples of real CEOs in real organizations to illustrate both the challenges and the path forward for creating great leadership teams.
