It’s the process we all love to hate, but performance management has the power to drive bigger results, higher engagement and faster development. The past 10 years have seen conflicting claims about what works, where you should focus and the true purpose of performance management. In our June session, Marc Effron, one of the world’s experts in performance management shares what’s proven to make your process wildly effective. He’ll discuss the science, warn you about the fads and provide incredibly practical guidance to quickly improve your process.

Speaker: Marc Effron
