Authentic communication and transparency are key ingredients in generating trust. But how do you generate trust in the face of a global pandemic with so much uncertainty? 
 
This certainly is no easy task, but we will explore how by changing the service model and launching new products, all the while providing care and support through tools like Your Wellbeing Resource Library.

My strategic human resources leadership experience, paired with my expansive business acumen and service-focused approach, has helped shape my 20+ year career. As an HR executive, I bring a history of building and scaling robust human resources organizations, infrastructures, and teams for companies across multiple industries, including hospitality, financial, commercial printing, resource management, and property management.

As a senior executive, thought leader, and advisor, I am known for driving optimal business and HR outcomes through innovative solutions and best practices. Furthermore, by establishing the critical people and HR capabilities, I have effectively steered organizations through startup, M&A, turnaround, and high-growth phases.

Today’s businesses and workplaces are consistently changing and I thrive in these environments by driving organizational transformation and unifying diverse workforces. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than empowering employees to reach their full potential or uniting employees to reach a common goal.

Select highlights from my career include:

  • Played a key role in improving EBITDA by 2x in 36 months by leading talent assessments for an organizational redesign.
  • Saved multimillion-dollars by transitioning fully insured health insurance plans to self-insured insurance plans
  • Navigated a large organizational transformation. Shaped, influenced, and transitioned all functions company-wide.
  • Led transformational initiatives as a company-owned footprint was reduced from 22% to 15% due to the sale of 525+ locations.
