Diversity + Equity + Inclusion + Belonging Panel (DEIB)

A distinguished panel of nationally renowned DEIB experts and thought leaders, moderated by Demetriouse Russell (he/him/his), CEO of Venn Diagram Partners, will share their experiences, observations and thoughts on DEIB challenges, as well as recommendations or programs that help you move the DEIB needle. This content rich discussion will cover the following objectives:

• Raise awareness of DEIB/JEDI opportunities and challenges

• Gain insight into what's working and what's not

• Lessons learned from the field

• Overcoming bias in recruiting, managing, retaining and promoting diverse talent

• Identifying blind spots and ways to address them
  
  

Demetriouse sits down with an all-star panel with of leaders who have successfully navigated DEIB/JEDI waters. They will share their backgrounds to discuss leading practices that have helped them create inclusive work environments where everyone feels they can belong, be themselves and thrive. He will ask them questions related to their career journeys and leave room for the participants to ask their questions. This panel will be comprised of:

• A member may send a substitute in their place to any program they are unable to attend.
• Each member will be permitted to bring ONE GUEST (non-member) per PROGRAM YEAR.
