Engage with career expert Paula Brand in this interactive session The Power of the Purple Parachute: A Guide to Navigating the Winds of Career Change. She will share the A.S.T.E.R. Career Model process, which stands for Assess, Seek, Test, Execute and Repeat. This model can help your organization’s employees understand where they are in the career development process to ensure that your talent is in the right place. It can also provoke personal insights to challenge your own career development.
  • Understand the benefits of offering career development to your employees.
  • Discover a practical career development model to help you and your employees move forward in their careers.
  • Apply the model and insights to your own career to see how they can work for you.
