Mastering People, Culture + Performance Through the Use of Advanced Analytics

Business leaders think and speak in numbers. To influence them, HR professionals need to be comfortable speaking that language.

In this program, Diana File, CEO of DF Analytics & Consulting, will help you take the anxiety out of HR analytics and learn how to use different types of HR data and metrics to expand your influence.

Data always tells a story. Diana will introduce key concepts and case studies around how to translate data into INSIGHTS and tell the story around people and organizational change.

Diana File

Founder & CEO of DF Analytics

Diana File is the Founder and CEO of DF Analytics (Certified Women-Owned Small Business), a data analytics & strategy firm with a tech-driven, neuroscience-based approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

For the past 15 years, Diana has driven results for multi-national corporations, government agencies, non-profits, small businesses, and start-ups around the world. Her diverse client roster includes NASDAQ, Genentech, Verizon, Planned Parenthood, LVMH, the US Centers for Disease Control, and the US Department of Agriculture.

Diana uses neuroscience to empower companies to build highly diverse, inclusive teams that break records in productivity, collaboration, and profit. Her proprietary analytics methodologies uncover the deep neuroscientific factors that dictate success or failure. From there, she translates assessment into strategy and drives cross-functional implementation across the matrix. This integrated approach helps companies stay competitive in the face of dynamic generational and cultural shifts for employees and customers.

A former Israel Defense Forces organizational psychologist, Diana has transformed decision trees in complex hierarchies and spearheaded global research on why intractable conflicts persist and how to inspire their resolution. Diana’s expertise spans the areas of workforce analytics, team building, project management, organizational effectiveness and development, conflict resolution, and best practice research.

In addition to her consulting work, Diana regularly delivers trainings, workshops, and keynotes for the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Columbia University School of Professional Studies, the Association for Healthcare Human Resource Administrators of Greater New York, the National Libraries of Medicine, and the Yale Alumni Association.

Diana holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University and an MA in Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian.
