In today’s environment, engaging employees involves providing real-time, actionable feedback and goals that align with the company’s mission and strategy.  The traditional performance management approach of annual perfor

mance reviews and reviewing goals once a year does not provide enough meaningful feedback to align performance with business objectives.

The HR Leadership Forum is holding an HR Huddle for Sr. HR Practitioners in the Federal Contracting space to network with peers and discuss their own best practices or challenges they are experiencing with their performance management process.

Join us for a discussion with peers on their challenges and best practices on managing performance in their organization.

In this huddle, we will break into small groups to discuss:

  • The types of performance management process being used; and feedback on its effectiveness
  • The use of ratings; are they still being used in the performance management process; and if so, has this change been effective
  • How to overcome challenges getting and receiving employee feedback for staff working on government contracts.
  • What new and innovative strategies are being used to provide quality feedback to employees.
If you would like to attend, email Celia de la Torre at celia.delatorre@dignari.com for meeting details.
