On Thursday May 1st, join us for an unforgettable event where Mindy Levy of Mindy Levy Leadership will be joining us to share her expertise on strategies for showing up and being brave.
Organizations have been faced with unprecedented change over the last couple of months and the demand for courage from leaders at all levels has never been more pressing. The work of Brené Brown and Dare to Lead gets to the heart of what it takes for leaders and teams to be courageous—courageous to step up and put yourself out there. Daring leaders know how to face uncertainty, build trust, have hard conversations, give and receive feedback (especially tough feedback), hold themselves and others accountable, lead with empathy and connection, take smart risks, and reset quickly after disappointments and setbacks.
In this session, you will have an opportunity to explore your own situation where you currently need to be courageous—or in Dare to Lead terms, your “Arena”. You will learn how you can use this metaphor to better understand the forces that might be holding you back from being courageous, whether they are real or in your head, as well as the things that can keep you moving forward. You will have an opportunity to share stories and get coaching from each other on your respective arena situations
This event is for CHROs and Organizational Heads of HR and invitation only.
This intimate gathering is limited in space, so please be sure to reserve your seat by accepting this invitation. It’s a unique opportunity to network with peers, exchange ideas, and discuss the future of HR alongside industry thought leaders.
