The culture of an organization underpins its strategy and the organization's strategy needs to feed and propagate the its culture. It is imperative that leaders:
understand the value of culture in an organization
recognize how culture is the cornerstone of strategy
execute a strategic plan that works in lockstep with the culture
make the definitive connection between culture, strategy and bottom line results
A defining thread of culture, strategy and company performance runs through the WSFS story which Peggy Eddens will share. By engaging a conversation around best practices and lessons learned, it is her intention to inspire your personal growth and to benefit your organization too.
About the Speaker:
Peggy Eddens is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer for WSFS Bank. She is responsible for: Associate and Customer engagement, organizational culture, wellbeing, strategic planning, talent attraction, selection and retention, communications, learning and development, innovation and community strategy.

Her career spans over 30 years in the financial services industry, holding a variety of senior leadership positions. She received her MS in Human Resource Management from LaRoche College and her BS in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
