The HRLF membership learned from expert Umar Hameed how to reach their highest leadership potential by incorporating the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience into their work. Mr. Hameed described three areas where employees tend to get stuck: beliefs, hot-wiring, and inner conflict. The audience learned how these terms are defined in the context of reaching leadership potential, and how to address barriers. How to build a highly engaged workforce is a challenge for every organization and for HR leaders, and the presentation brought perspectives on employee engagement that were insightful and provided actionable strategies to overcome engagement challenges.
