Stacy Wyland

Navy Federal Credit Union 

Stacey Wyland is a Human Resources Executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in human resources and communications. She currently serves as a Human Resources executive at Navy Federal Credit Union, where she brings her expertise in people strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement to support business growth and performance.

Prior to joining Navy Federal Credit Union, Stacey served as Vice President of Human Resources at SAIC, where she led the people strategy and HR team for the Civilian business group. During her time at SAIC, she partnered with business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that strengthened employee engagement and reduced turnover.

Earlier in her career, Stacey held HR leadership positions at Peraton, Northrop Grumman and MicroStrategy. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, collaborating across functions and developing talent.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Pennsylvania State University. Her professional certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Prosci Change Management, DDI Targeted Selection & Interaction Management, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

A graduate of Leadership Fairfax, Stacey has remained actively involved in the organization as both a board member and coach. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the HR Leadership Forum of Greater Washington, where she contributes to a community of senior human resources leaders.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Stacey enjoys cycling along Virginia’s Washington and Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail and traveling with her family.
