HR Executive

Lisa Igiehon is an HR Executive and a member of the HR Leadership Forum (HRLF) Board of Directors with over 20 years of experience in human resources across nonprofits and companies with U.S.-based and international workforces. She specializes in aligning corporate strategic goals with all aspects of human resources, including organizational development and culture, employee engagement, talent management, employee relations, HR policy, and process improvement.

Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from the University of the West Indies and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) license, earned a graduate certificate in Human Resources Analytics from Cornell University, and completed the Chief Human Resources Officer program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
