Prior to joining Challenger, Gray & Christmas, she spent more than 10 years in B2B SaaS and professional services sales across HR, learning and development, DEI, travel management, advertising, and environmental solutions. Her experience includes building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, developing effective sales strategies, and shaping go-to-market initiatives.

She is passionate about helping professionals navigate career transitions and supporting organizations through periods of change.
