On Thursday May 1st, join us for an unforgettable event where Mindy Levy of Mindy Levy Leadership will be joining us to share her expertise on strategies for showing up and being brave.

Organizations have been faced with unprecedented change over the last couple of months and the demand for courage from leaders at all levels has never been more pressing.  The work of Brené Brown and Dare to Lead gets to the heart of what it takes for leaders and teams to be courageous—courageous to step up and put yourself out there.  Daring leaders know how to face uncertainty, build trust, have hard conversations, give and receive feedback (especially tough feedback), hold themselves and others accountable, lead with empathy and connection, take smart risks, and reset quickly after disappointments and setbacks.

In this session, you will have an opportunity to explore your own situation where you currently need to be courageous—or in Dare to Lead terms, your “Arena”.  You will learn how you can use this metaphor to better understand the forces that might be holding you back from being courageous, whether they are real or in your head, as well as the things that can keep you moving forward.  You will have an opportunity to share stories and get coaching from each other on your respective arena situations

This event is for CHROs and Organizational Heads of HR and invitation only.

This intimate gathering is limited in space, so please be sure to reserve your seat by accepting this invitation. It’s a unique opportunity to network with peers, exchange ideas, and discuss the future of HR alongside industry thought leaders.

Please RSVP by COB Friday, April 25th to confirm your attendance. Any questions, email Marguerite Eastwood at MEastwood@USChamber.com.

We look forward to having you with us for an inspiring luncheon with great food, professional camaraderie, and thought-provoking discussions.

In today's landscape of constant change, investing in your personal brand as a leader is no longer optional; it's a strategic imperative. According to LinkedIn, professionals with strong personal brands are 70% more likely to be perceived as a thought leader in their industry. By cultivating a robust personal brand, senior HR leaders can enhance their credibility, significantly contribute to their company's reputation, and intentionally position themselves as strategic, trusted leaders. Embracing personal branding can unlock new opportunities for networking, collaboration, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of engagement that drives organizational success.

This training session focuses on equipping senior HR leaders with the tools and strategies necessary to develop a robust personal brand that is authentic to their personal values, strengths, and unique value proposition.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Identify your authentic personal brand: Explore your strengths and natural talents, clarify your values, and pinpoint your passion.
    • Define your Elevator Pitch: Create your elevator pitch to ensure your audience is clear about who you are, what you offer, and what makes you different.  This pitch is critical when interviewing, networking, or building trust within your organization.
    • Align Personal Brand with Organizational Goals: Learn tips on how to create synergy between personal branding efforts and the overarching mission and vision of your organization – and your HR function
    • Develop a Personal Branding Action Plan: Create a tailored action plan to implement personal branding strategies, set measurable goals, and track progress.
    • Leverage LinkedIn and Your Network: Gain insights on how to effectively use LinkedIn and your elevator pitch to enhance visibility and credibility and communicate with confidence.

By the end of this training, participants will be equipped with actionable insights and tools to develop their personal brand, communicate with confidence and influence, and elevate themselves as strategic HR leaders who drive organizational success.
